<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by EERO.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> It is intimated that PP has obtained CTE for the development of Commercial (Showrooms) (area of 0.816 acres) in a total area of 3301.909 Sqm and built-up area of 10,010.98 Sqm and total wastewater generation of 53 KLD, out of which 24 KLD will be used for the flushing purpose, 1 KLD will be used onto land for plantation and remaining 28 KLD into the sewer after treatment in STP of capacity 75 KLD valid upto 04/02/2023,</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">With special condition that1)The project proponent shall make suitable arrangements for the disposal of treated effluent partially into the sewer if at any cost sewer is not laid down by the MC, Zirakpur before the commissioning of the project. Then PP shall not give possessions to the owners without prior permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> 2) The project proponent will develop the project on its own risk & cost in regard to disposal arrangement.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Now, the project proponent has applied for an extension in the validity of CTE. RO has reported that the project is under construction phase and the PP has not given any possession of the commercial unit, project proponent has submitted an undertaking that they will discharge the treated effluent onto land for plantation in an area of 2-acre land, which is reserved for the disposal of treated effluent of the sister concern unit namely M/s Green Lotus Saksham group housing project till the MC, sewer operational The project proponent is complying with the previous NOC conditions granted to it. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTE applied by the PP be further extended one year subject to the same conditions mentioned therein and the additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that 1)The PP shall not allow any occupancy within its project till adequate arrangements for treatment and for the disposal of treatment are made.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-IN">2)The project proponent shall develop a plantation area </span>as per karnal technology in an area of two acres bearing Khewat no. 48/45, Khatoni no. 62/63, Khasra no. 1115/238, 1 Biswa, Khasra no. 1118/242, 2 Bigha 6 Biswa & Khasra no. 1113/237, 0 Bigha 4 Biswa<span lang="EN-IN">. The PP shall not carry out any type of construction in the area reserved for plantation</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A copy of the CTE may be forwarded to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (UD) for SAS Nagar for information with the request not to allow any expansion/ approval on the land measuring two acres of Sh. Bhupinder Singh S/o Sh.
