<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has installed the RO as RO water permeate does use in the process, and RO permeate is being discharged into flushing & gardening & excess is discharged into the sewer by the industry. But the industry has not carried out an analysis of the TDS parameter of the RO reject. The regional office has also reported that there are evaporation losses in the surface treatment wet process of about 30 % which are not justified.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Water Act,1974 with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 15 days be issued to industry .EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on replies to be submitted by the industry and send the fresh recommendation.</p>
