<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTO under the Water Act, 1974, be renewed up to 31.09.2027 along with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1)The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA).</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2)The industry will obtain registration under PWM Rules, 2016 through CPCB centralized portal within 3 months.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> EE RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and if found any violation is then send the report along with recommendations.</span></p>
