<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved CTO under the Air Act, 1981, be granted up to 31.09.2027 along with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) The promoter company shall not consume any fuel for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2)The industry will obtain registration under PWM Rules, 2016 through CPCB centralized portal within 3 months.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"> EE RO may also be requested to monitor the industry as per protocol framed by the Board to verify compliance with environmental law and if found any violation is then send the report along with recommendations.</p>
