<p>It has been observed that AEE has raised observations in the application after more than 40 days i.e. after 25/02/2022 (the day on which observation replied by industry) and more than 50 days in totality. This practice is not at all justifying and accepatble, thereby portraying bad image to our office.</p>
<p>AEE is warned last time to process application within time frame, leverage to which shall reflect SCN in writing.</p>
<p>Now, attach request letter of industry for returning the application, immediate pls.. </p>
