| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining fresh consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION(GENERAL) as well as PART-C: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER WATER ACT, 1974.
2. The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority.
3. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent is not proper as the CA certificate showing the depreciated value of the project.
4. The project proponent needs to deposit adequate mandatory fee alongwith late fee / penalty as per Board’s office order dated 29.10.2018.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
