<p>Earlier, the industry has made an aggrementwith CETP operater@5000 ltr,but the industry is generating more than the CETP aggrement.Therefore, the CA of Board has refused the application with direction to extend the capacity of aggrement and applied for new /varied consent instead of renewal of consent.now the industry has extend the aggrement from 5000 lt to 10000 ltr, but the industry has again applied for renewal of CTO.</p>
