<p style="text-align: justify;">The matter was sent to the office of the Senior Law Officer, HO, Patiala vide e-office file no: 152479. Thereafter, this office has taken up the matter with the office of the Senior Law Officer twice, however, legal opinion may take same more time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">keeping the above in view, the present application may be returned and further correspondance with project proponent will be done after obtaining necessary legal opinion in the matter. Necessary directions to project proponent and PSPCL Authorities has already been issued by the Board. </p> |
