And the total built up area of plot, commercial and independent floor @ 72455.75 sqmtr, which is less than 1,50,000 sqmtr.</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 0cm 26.05pt 8.0pt 1.0cm;"><em><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">From the above, it is clear that the project proponent is covered under EIA notification dated 14/09/2006 due to built up area of independent floors.&rdquo;</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Furthermore, the RO recommended for grant of CTE to the PP subject to one of the additional conditions that it shall not carryout any development activity at site without obtaining prior Environment Clearance from the competent authority.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Meanwhile, the project proponent through E-mail dated 06.04.2023, submitted an affidavit dated 29.03.2023, as under: (copy attached herewith)</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 0cm 26.05pt 8.0pt 1.0cm;"><em><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">&ldquo;I Rajiv Vasudeva as Authorised signatory of SS Developers do hereby by submitting in reference to our project namely white city 74tg2 by s. s. Developers village chapercheri Kalan. CLU of the said project is granted by the CTP Punjab Vide Memo No 7089 CTP(Pb)SP-432(m) dated 18-11-2021 for 29.30 Acres as per Punjab Affordable Housing Policy-2022 dated 04.01.2022.</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 0cm 26.05pt 8.0pt 1.0cm;"><em><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Environment clearance is required if anyone else construct more than 20,000 sqm by individually, and person / person's, company, firm is liable to take environment clearance for construction of said project as per notification as amended.</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 0cm 26.05pt 8.0pt 1.0cm;"><em><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">SS Developers is engaged in the sale of Plots to person / person's/ company / partnership firm' Further SS Developers as firm is not engaged in construction of any plot in said project.&rdquo;</span></em></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">In consideration of the above and the recommendations sent by RO on 06.03.2023 &amp; 20.03.2023; if approved, the Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for development of residential township project in total area of 29.3 acre area located in village Chappar Chiri Kalan, Distt. In case, it is proven at any stage that the project proponent is not fulfilling the minimum distance requirement from the said dump site, then it shall be liable to bound to shift its project boundary away from the site to maintain the minimum distance requirement from the dump site; and the Punjab Pollution Control Board shall not be responsible for any financial liability and/ or any other liability of the project proponent, arising due to the same.</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><strong><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; spirit.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The project proponent shall submit revised approved site plan earmarking the site for the location / installation of STP as well as solid waste management facility / area within 15 days to PPCB, Regional Office, SAS Nagar.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">11.</span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The project proponent shall provide necessary arrangements for usage of the treated effluent after STP for flushing purpose @ 189 KLD and shall develop adequate green area (2.34 acre) and plantation area (3.24 acres as per Karnal Technology) for discharge of the remaining treated effluent after STP, as proposed by it.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The land proposed by the project proponent for development of plantation area as per Karnal technology for utilization of its treated effluent after STP shall be developed inconsonance to the development of the project and the said land pocket shall not be used for any other purpose. The project proponent shall be entirely responsible for the arrangement of additional land required for the disposal of treated domestic effluent, if any.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">The promoter shall also not allow any occupancy in the project till the time adequate arrangements for solid waste disposal are made as well as 'consents to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 &amp; the Air Act, 1981 are obtained.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 14.0pt;
