<p>The industry proposes to establish an unit consisting of e-wate dismantling facility, bio-composting unit for food / organic /bio-degradeable waste and waste plastic shreeding section.</p>
<p>Now E-waste Mangement Rules, 2016 has been superseded new E-waste Management Rules,2022 and the same are effective from 1.4.2023. Under new rules, dismantling facility is not allowed to be establised. A copy of E-waste Management Rules,2022 is attached herewith for ready reference.</p>
<p>If approved ZO-2, Patiala / RO, Sangrur may be asked to process the case afresh in view of above observation please.</p> |
