<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacture of Raw Rice @ 0.66 T/hr by using Paddy @ 1.0 T/hr under orange category along with requisite documents. The industry has deposited online Rs. 14500/- vide UT No. SDL124282303</span> dated 23.02.2023 on account of consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 14500/- vide UTR No. SDL124282536 dated 23.02.2023 on account of consent fee under the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2028 against the fixed assets of Rs. 47.16 lakh as on 31.01.2023 submitted by the industry. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Further, the industry has also submitted stack emissions sampling reports and analyzed by Environ Tech Laboratories on 06.02.2023. As per the report, the concentration of particulate matter is 168.2 mg/Nm3 against the prescribed limits 750 mg/Nm<sup>3</sup> by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted compliance report of consents conditions under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 earlier granted to it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry shall provide proper rice husk storage facilities inside the factory premises and the height of brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area should be at least 10' high or 3.5' higher than the discharge point of the rice husk pipe (whichever is more) and the length of aforesaid brick wall should be at least 35' on each side of the rice husk discharge pipe.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">c.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry shall provide a layer of wind screen of mild steel or some other similar material of at least 5'height above the brick wall. The wind screen system should have a porosity of ~30% to lower the wind velocities, thus reducing the amount of airborne particulate from storage, handling and loading / unloading areas of rice husk.</span></p>

The HDPE warp knitted fabric be made of 100% virgin high density polymer of at least 70 gm/m2 weight having 40-45 hole/inch2 to prevent wind blowing of stored husk. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 130%; mso-list: l0 level3 lfo3; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in 3.0pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">f.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">During transportation of rice husk through vehicles, it shall be covered from all sides with tarpaulin to prevent blowing of husk by winds. </span></p>
