<p>Discussed ,it is submitted that the industry has submitted point wise compliance of the EC granted to it . </p>
<p> In view of above ,it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act ,1974 and Air Act ,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 6 months with the special condition that the industry will obtain all the statutory clearances from the Chief Controller of the explosives ,Fire department ,Civil Aviation department etc as applicable , will comply with all the statutory compliance conditions of the EC Granted to the project proponent and will gets its stack emission and effluent sample analysed from the Board lab with in one month . </p> |
