<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;">Further, the site was visited by undersigned (AEE) on 24.03.2023 and it was observed that there is no residential area comprising 15 puca houses and limits of Municipal Corporation / Municipal Council /Nagar Panchayat within the periphery of 100 meters of the proposed site.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;">As per categorization of the Board, the industry is covered under green category of industries. General siting guidelines are applicable for such type of establishments. The site is meeting with the general siting guidelines prescribed by the Board and is suitable for establishment at the said area.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 81.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;">Keeping in view of the above, it is, therefore recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the unit for establishment of Biomass briquettes manufacturing unit to manufacture fuel briquettes @ 35 TPD by using press mud/saw dust/cow dung/ agricultural waste @ 35 TPD for a period of one year, subject to the suitable conditions please</p> |
