CTOW/Renewal/PTA/2018/7487144 dated 18.05.2018 having validity upto 30/09/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/PTA/2018/7486946 dated 15.05.2018 having validity upto 30.09.2022 for manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Formulation ( Pallets / Granules ) @ 1200 Kgs/day by using Pharma Grade Powder @ 120 Kgs/day, Sucrose Pharma Grade @ 225 Kgs/day, Mannitol Pharma Grade @ 340 Kgs/day, Talcum Powder @ 40 Kgs/day, Acetone (For coating of granules/pallets) @ 200 Lt./day, Purified Water @ 200 Lt./day & Excipients @ 500 Kgs/day as raw material under orange category subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with requisite documents i.e. CA certificate, Analysis report, compliance report of consent conditions. The industry has deposited Rs. 56700/- vide UTR. No. N051232338807316 dated 20.02.2023 on account of consent fee under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 56700/- vide UTR. No. N051232338764973 dated 20.02.2023 on account of consent fee under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 against the fixed assets of Rs. 496.69 lakh as on 31.03.2022 as per CA Certificate dated 17.01.2023. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2029. The industry also deposited Rs. 10800/- vide UTR No. N051232338800386 dated 20.02.2023. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry has got its effluent samples analyzed by Industrial Testing Laboratory & Consulting House on 13.01.2023 from final outlet of the ETP and the analysis report reveals that the concentration various parameters, which are within the permissible limit as prescribed by the Board. The industry has also submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry was visited by the JEE of the Board on 03.04.2023. During visit, it was observed as under: </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry is complying with the consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">In view of the above, it is recommended that the renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry renewed upto 30.09.2028 for manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Formulation (Pallets / Granules ) @ 1200 Kgs/day subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
