<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">Your application was scrutinized and </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; background: white;">it was observed as under: 1. The industry is required to submit TDCO from PSPCL Authorities. 2. The industry is required to intimate this office regarding installation of OCEMS directed by the Board, for the industries falling within 05 Km radius of satluj/Beas river. 3. The industry is required to submit latest gross asset CA certificate not older than 06 month with year wise details regarding increased its total value of fixed assets. 4. The industry has not submitted/uploaded approved building plan for Director of Factories. 5. The industry is required to submit latest emission/effluent analysis report analyzed by board’s lab. </span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">However no reply has been received in the matter till date. </span></p>
