However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries</strong>.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <strong>upto 30.09.2028 (upto the validity of lease deed)</strong> with following special conditions:</span></p>
