<p>It is submitted that the project proponent in its reply to show cause notice issued to it for refusal of CTE applied under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 has submitted the dimensional drawing of ETP proposed for treatment of trade effluent to be generated. Further as per feasibility report, the project proponent has proposed to utilise treated effluent in plantation area more than 9000 sq mtr along with 800 sqm horticultural landscaping area in and along with boundary wall of industry.</p>
