Gireesh Goel R/o 1, Sector-11, Chandigarh and Mr. Shiv Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Khajanchi Lal Aggarwal R/o 8, Sector 28-A, Chandigarh and Mr. Ghanshyam Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Further, the project proponent shall submit the summary of registration deeds executed with other project proponent(s) for sale of 140 plots for independent floors, SCO @&nbsp;37, 18 booths and it shall ensure that no construction in the said plots for independent floors is carried out by the other promoter company such that the built-up area of construction exceeds 20,000 sq.m., without obtaining prior Environmental Clearance from the competent authority under the EIA notification 14.09.2006, being the responsible agency for the development of the project.</p>
