<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: #333333; background: whitesmoke;">Sir kindly peruse the note of AEE (PBIP), the authorized signatory has given undertaking dated 29.03.2023 wherein, it has mentioned that they will not carry out any construction of plots and is engaged in the sale of Plots to person / person's/ company / partnership firm. This implies that the project proponent shall also not sale out the plots to any of its partner’s i.e. Mr. Devi Dayal Garg S/o Sh. Jagdish Chand R/o 1501-40B, Chandigarh, Mr. Parteek Arora S/o Sh. Sunder sham Arora R/o Shankar Nagar, Opposite Gurduwara Gobindsar, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, Mr. Avdheesh Goel S/o Sh. Gireesh Goel R/o 1, Sector-11, Chandigarh and Mr. Shiv Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Khajanchi Lal Aggarwal R/o 8, Sector 28-A, Chandigarh and Mr. Ghanshyam Aggarwal S/o Late Sh. Khajanchi Lal Aggarwal R/o 8, Sector-28A, Chandigarh.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; color: #333333; background: whitesmoke;">Thus, if approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of CTE to the investor for developing plotted residential project subject to the conditions as mentioned by AEE(PBIP) with amendment in condition no. 3. </span></p>

Further, the project proponent shall submit the summary of registration deeds executed with other project proponent(s) for sale of 140 plots for independent floors, SCO @ 37, 18 booths and it shall ensure that no construction in the said plots for independent floors is carried out by the other promoter company such that the built-up area of construction exceeds 20,000 sq.m., without obtaining prior Environmental Clearance from the competent authority under the EIA notification 14.09.2006, being the responsible agency for the development of the project.</p> |
