In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, it is recommended that that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31.03.2028 for manufacturing of Ammonia @ 950 MTD, Urea @ 1450 MTD, Nitric acid @ 554 MTD, Methanol @ 67 MTD & Ammonium Nitrate @ 690 MTD as products and Sodium Nitrite @ 9 MTD & Sodium Nitrate @ 6 MTD as by-products subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned by the AEE in his note. </span></p> |
