<p>Currently, the industry is having production capacity less than 90 T/ day and it has dropped the proposal to increase the production upto 120 T/ day and requested to grant renewal of consent to operate for production upto 90 T/ day.</p>
<p>But, the subject cited case is for varied CTO upto 120 T/ day, therefore, it is required to be returned and the industry may be requested to apply for renewal of CTOs.</p>
<p>In view of the above, it is recommended that the subject cited case may be returned back to the industry.</p> |
