<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo1; margin: 0cm 5.85pt .0001pt 63.65pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">•<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The hospital has not been visited and on the basis of documents submitted by the HCF alongwith application, it has been observed that the HCF has provided 5 beds and trade effluent is being discharged into MC sewer after treatment with sodium hypochlorite solution. The domestic effluent is being discharged into MC sewer. The hospital has provided 1 no. D.G set of capacity 200 KVA with canopy and is attached to stacks of adequate height. The hospital has submitted MOU signed with M/s Meridian Milieu Care Private Limited, Village Bir Pind, Tehsil Nakodar, District Jalandhar, which is valid upto 30.12.2025. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-list: l1 level2 lfo1; margin: 0cm 5.85pt .0001pt 63.65pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">•<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">Further, as per Board’s order no. 100 dated 10.03.2023, it has been decided to extend the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and authorization under BMW Rules, 2016 upto 30.09.2023 for all the bedded hospital to achieve the prescribed standards.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 115%; margin: 0cm 5.85pt .0001pt 69.0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-tab-count: 3;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the renewal consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 may be granted upto 30.09.2023 with usual terms and conditions and with special condition that: - </span></p>
