<p>The reply of SCN submitted by the industry has been deatiled by AEE in his note dated 31/03/2023.</p>
<p>As per current verification, the industry is having production capacity less than 90 T/ day and it has dropped the proposal to increase the production upto 120 T/ day and requested to grant renewal of consent to operate for production upto 90 T/ day.</p>
<p>But, the subject cited case is for obtaining varied CTO upto 120 T/ day, therefore, it is required to be returned and the industry will be requested to apply for renewal of CTOs.</p>
<p>In view of the above facts, it is recommended that the subject cited case may be allowed to return to the industry.</p>
