The NOC fees deposited by the project proponent is adequate for one years. </span></p>

Manpreet Singh s/o Sh. Gurcharanjit Singh, proprietor (as per the application form) of the project. </span></p>

As per the said Aks-Sajra plan, Khasra no. 442 is located 02 acres away from the project site and the representative of the project proponent informed during the visit that they shall lay pipeline till the said land area for utilization of treated effluent. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Thus, the proposal submitted by the project proponent is seems adequate.</span></p>
