<p>The industry was visited by RO, FDK on 22.03.2023 and observed that ETP installed for treatment of trade effluent was found in line & that the industry has maintained record of fuel ash lifted to nearby farmers.</p>
<p>As per observations of the Competent Authority, RO to inform:</p>
<p>1. Whether the ETP was in operation as per directions u/s 18(1)(b) of the Water Act, 1974 issued by CPCB vide no. 9652-53 dated 13/16.12.2021.</p>
<p>2. Whether the disposal of the fuel ash by the industry is proper and as per guidelines.</p> |
