<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the Competent Authority has desired the background information of the case. The details of the observations has been submitted by the Regional Office.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Till the issue regarding the deposit of EC of Rs. 2 Lac by individual units is finally decided, a bank guarantee of equivalent amount from these 09 units may be taken as an assurance to deposit EC amount of Rs. 2 Lac as per the final decision to be taken by the Board w.r.t. the representation made by the SPV or the individual units against the directions of deposit of EC / pre-treatment system to be installed by individual units.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. After taking the above bank guarantees, the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 be granted for one year with suitable conditions, please. </p>
