<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">The industry is a small scale orange category induction furnace & was earlier granted consent under both Acts valid upto 30.06.2021.Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents & as per agenda note the industry was visited by officer on 29.03.2023 and observed that the industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of pipe fitting items. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of report of Regional Office , it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2026 with suitable conditions & special condition that:-</span></p>
