CTOW/Renewal/RPN/2023/21037269 dated 08/02/2023 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/RPN/2023/21037211 dated 08/02/2023, both are valid upto 30/09/2023 for operation of screening cum washing plant only @ 5000 CFT/day subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein in the name of Sh. Niranjan Singh, Partner.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 12pt 6pt 10pt 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the unit has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 due to change of proprietorship in the name of Sh. Gurnam Singh, Proprietor </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">(with change of proprietor ship documents i.e. Sale Deed)</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> alongwith compliance of previous consent, undertaking regarding code of practice and consent fee</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has submitted the Sale Deed (Ikrarnama) dated 04.01.2023, wherein, it has mentioned that Sh. Niranjan Singh has sold the plant to Sh. Gurnam Singh. The unit has also submitted the lease deed dated 21.03.2023 according to which Sh. Gurnam Singh has taken the land on lease from Sh. Najar Singh which is valid upto 25.07.2033. So, it is clear that Sh. Gurnam Singh is the sole proprietor of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 72pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has submitted the CA certificate, wherein, the value of fixed assets of the industry as on 05.01.2023 is of Rs. 45.05 Lakhs with the value of plant and machinery of Rs. 32.30 lakhs. As per the record file, the fee was adequate upto 30.09.2024 under both the Acts. Now, the unit has deposited additional fee amounting to Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR No. BKIDY23065575622 dated 06.03.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR No. BKIDY23065392179 dated 06.03.2023 under the Air Act, 1981. As such, the fee is now adequate upto 30.09.2027 under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as per circular dated 29.10.2018.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is pertinent to mention here that the unit has submitted the slips of obtaining raw material from HP, verified by O/o Executive Engineer-cum-District Mining, Drainage cum Mining Division, Sri Anandpur Sahib dated 29.03.2023 regarding obtaining raw material from Himachal Pradesh through check post Algran.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 78pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Further, the unit was visited by the AEE on 10.04.2023 and Sh. Gurnam Singh, Proprietor was contacted. During visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has installed only screening-cum-washing plant and was not in operation since long.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has installed rubber chute at the end of the screener conveyor belt.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit has provided a DG set of capacity 100 KVA which is provided with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 5.95pt 5.7pt 6pt 5pt; text-indent: 67pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As such, it is clear that the unit is complying with the code of practice stipulated for such units and the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 5.95pt 5.7pt 6pt 5pt; text-indent: 67pt; line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In view of the above facts and letter issued by the Executive Engineer, Deptt. of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Sri Anandpur Sahib and e-mail received from Executive Engineer, Deptt. of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar and raw material mining slips, verified by their office, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for a short period upto 30.09.2024</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> due to non-availability of carrying capacity issued by the Mining Department</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> and considering orange category culminating period, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall obtain raw material from the Govt. approved mining sites only and shall not indulge itself into any kind of illegal mining. If at any stage the unit engaged itself in illegal mining, the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 shall be revoked/cancelled without any opportunity of hearing.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry will comply with the guidelines/code of practice issued by the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Science, Technology and Environment Vide dated 17.03.1988, amended in 01.02.2006 and lastly amended vide no. 3/35/2013-STE(4)734 dated 30.07.2013 at all time.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">11.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall not discharge its effluent generated from washing of river bed materials anywhere and whole of the effluent generated by it shall be re used in the process. The industry shall discharge only the domestic effluent on to land for plantation after treating in septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">12.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The process waste i.e. fine material and silt so produced from the settling tank (s) will be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner such as filling in low lying area with half meter height of silt layer followed by cover of good earth of 15 cms and so on with the prior approval of the Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, Rupnagar.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">13.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">For measuring the discharge of wastewater, the industry shall provide 90°V notch at the outlet of the settling tank (s) and maintain the record of discharge in the register on daily basis.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">14.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall make the following provisions for the management of the wastewater:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 72pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">a.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The unit shall provide settling tank(s) for wastewater, of adequate capacity, designed by taking surface loading rate of 25m3/day/m2 and length to width ratio of 3:1 and clear water depth as 3 m excluding 0.3 m free board and 0.5 m depth for accumulation storage of solids.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt 72pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">b.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall ensure that the settling tank(s) is/are cleaned regularly to maintain minimum clear water depth of 3m.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">15.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall make arrangements for reuse of its whole of wastewater in the process after passing through settling tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">16.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The discharge of treated effluent into inland surface water shall not be allowed and the unit should either reuse the treated effluent for washing purposes etc. or use the same for sprinkling purposes to suppress the dust emissions generated from these sources including emissions generated due to movement of vehicles.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">17.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall construct additional tanks if required, so as to ensure entire reuse of the treated wastewater. The industry shall not discharge the untreated/treated wastewater into river or any water body in any case.</span></p>

Gazette Notification No.42 dt. 19.10.1990 and Notification No.Admn-27 dtd. 2.3.1994 effective from 1.1.1994 for such discharges onto land for irrigation / plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">19.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The issuance of this consent does not convey any property right in either real or personal property, or any exclusive privileges, nor it authorize any injury to private property or any invasion of personal rights, nor any infringement of Central, State or Local Laws or Regulations.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">22.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Any amendments/revisions made by the Board in the tolerance limits for discharges shall be applicable to the industry from the date of such amendments/revisions.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">23.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The authorized outlet and mode of disposal shall not be changed without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">24.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall not use any unauthorized out-let(s) for discharging effluents from its premises. All unauthorized outlets shall be connected to the authorized outlet within one month from the date of issue of this consent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">25.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall not change or alter the manufacturing process (es) so as to change the quality and/or quantity of the effluents generated without the written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">26.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Any upset conditions in the plant/plants of the factory, which is likely to result in increased effluent and/or result in violation of the standards laid down by the Board shall be reported to the Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, Rupnagar through e-mail </span><a href="mailto:eeroropar@gmail.com"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">eeroropar@gmail.com</span></a><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> intimation to the Board failing which any stoppage and upset conditions that come to the notice of the Board/its officers, will be deemed to be intentional violation of the conditions of consent.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">27.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">All underground water retaining structures shall be lined with an impervious layer so as to avoid seepage and contamination of sub-soil/water.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">28.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall ensure that no water pollution problem or public nuisance is created in the area due to discharge of effluents from its industrial premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">29.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall submit the analysis report of its trade effluent at least twice in a year from the approved laboratory of the Board / Board's Laboratory.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">30.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall make proper disposal of the effluent so as to ensure that no stagnation occurs inside and outside the industrial premises during rainy season and no demand period.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">31.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">That the industry shall submit a certificate yearly to the effect that no addition/ modification / expansion has been carried out during this consent period.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">32.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">That the industry shall submit balance sheet yearly showing un-depreciated value of its fixed assets during previous financial year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">33.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry will stick to the production capacity mentioned in this consent and will not increase the same without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">34.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall get the annual health survey of the workers conducted and shall maintain a proper record of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">35.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall put up display board indicating environment data as per performa prescribed by the Board at the main gate of the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">36.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">This consent is valid upto <strong>30/09/2024</strong> only.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">37.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The Board reserves the right to revoke this ‘consent to operate’ granted to the industry in case the industry is found violating any of the conditions of this consent and/or the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as amended time to time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">38.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry should confirm to the following ambient noise level prescribed under Rule 13 (1) of Noise Pollution Regulation & Control) Rules, 2000 at their boundary limits:</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">b)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Adequate measures shall be taken by the project proponent during construction phase to reduce ambient air & noise level, so as to conform to the stipulated standards by CPCB/ SPCB.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">c)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The maximum noise levels near the construction site should be limited to 75 dB (A) leq (5 min) in industrial area and to 65 dB (A) leq (5 min) in other areas.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">d)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Materials need to be stockpiled and unused equipment to be placed between noisy operating equipment and other areas.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">39.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">This consent does not bestow any ownership rights with the consent holder and further the CTO is being granted only from pollution angle and cannot be used as any legal tool/document to ascertain/confirm proprietary rights.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall inform the Board in writing as and when any change is occurred in the Partnership Deed / Proprietorship / Memorandum of Article of Association, especially with regard to the name and address of the Partner / Proprietor / Director / Subscriber etc, and in any case the industry fails to do so and later on it comes to the notice of the Board that there is any change in Partnership Deed / Proprietorship / Memorandum of Article of Association, action as deem fit under the provision of said Act shall be taken.</span></p> |
