Earlier the industry was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 30.09.2023.</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">As per agenda note the industry was visited by officer on 05.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharge into sewer. The industry has already submitted approved building plan from Director of Factories.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Keeping in view of Report of Regional Office, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with usual conditions & special conditions that:-</span></p>
