<p>The industry has applied for the renewal of Consent to Operate. However, as per the record of this office, no such name of the industry has been granted Consent earlier. Moreover, the industry has neither submitted requisite fees nor any document except CA certificate and i.e for village Bodalwala, Sidhwan Bet as mentioned in it (which falls under RO-3, Ludhiana) and the address as per the application recieved is village Null.</p>
<p>If approved, the application may be returned to the industry to re-submit the application in the concerned Regional Office alongwith the complete documents and fees.</p> |
