It is intimated that RO has reported that the industry has primarily provided adequate Air pollution and Water pollution control arrangements but most of them found to corroded since the industry has not been operated since long. At this stage, the industry is required to repair the pollution control device before obtaining the CTOs. Now the industry is not complying with the provision Water Act, of 1974, and the Air Act, of 1981.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May if approved SCN for refusal CTO under the Water Act,1974 with an opportunity to submit the written reply within 15 days be issued to industry.EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on replies to be submitted by the industry and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
