<p class="MsoNormal">The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The project proponent has submitted latest CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 10.37 crore, which has increased from Rs. 6.31 crore as mentioned during previous Consent to Operate granted to the industry. The project proponent needs to give detail of expansion along with bills and is also required to give undertaking that with the increase in fixed assets amounting to Rs. 4.06 crore is there any increase in pollution load or production capacity.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The project proponent was granted Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Aceclofenac @ 150 MTPA, Cloxacillin @ 100 MTPA, Atenolol @ 150 MTPA, Clarithromycin @ 150 MTPA, Oflaxacin @ 150 MTPA, Sodium 2-Ethyl Hexanonate @ 500 MTPA, 6-Aminopencillinic Acid @ 150 MTPA, Cephalexin Monohydrate @ 100 MTPA, Pentoprozole @ 50 MTPA. Now, the project proponent has applied for manufacturing of Aceclofenac @ 150 MTPA, Cloxacillin @ 99 TPA, Atenolol @ 150 TPA, Clarithromycin @ 150 TPA, Oflaxacin @ 150 TPA, Sodium 3-EthylHexanonate @ 300 TPA, 6-Aminopencillinic Acid @ 180 TPA, Cephalexin Monohydrate @ 150 TPA, Pentoprozole @ 84 TPA. Hence, the project proponent needs to apply varied Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 due to change in quantity of products.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the Environment Clearance granted to it by MoEF&CC dated 02.04.2016.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The industry has not submitted compliance of SOP issued by CPCB for solvent recovery plants.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span>The project proponent has not deposited the EC in compliance of hearing decisions, till date.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the application of the industry may be returned with request to resubmit the same after attending above observations.</p> |
