<p class="MsoNormal">It is submitted that after taking part in organizing State Level Programme ‘Parali Ek Punji’ on 20/2/2022 , official work was accumulated which the undersigned tried to dispose off . </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Meanwhile , undersigned was given additional work at RO Patiala for the month of March and was made part of committee headed by SEE ZO-1 Patiala to monitor industries( especially 17 category) along Ghaggar on the directions of Vidhaan sabha committee and submit reports within timebound manner .</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In addition to above, as directed by EE (Incharge in your absence )replies were prepared in consultation with SLO at Patiala in the case of Madhav Env Solutions to be filed in the Appellate Authority and then in the High Court matter Ramandeep Singh vs SOP . Both the vetted replies were got approved by various heads in the hierarchy of the Board and then from Special Sec/additional Sec. at Chandigarh along with your goodself. Apart from above, PBIP cases , CTO cases, Madhav notice for closure follow up , approval of MEGA proceedings from SDM amloh (Rudra Alloys), coordination with ZO in various matters, complaints , organization of World Water Day at Thapar Univ Patiala etc apart from regular work were dealt, even on non working days /gazetted holidays .</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The undersigned is working with positive intentions and best of abilities under your guidance and has tried to dispose off matters which were Flagged Priority ,which needed immediate attention above other things , by higher authorities including your goodself and not potray bad image of the office .</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The said industry was also made aware about the time constraints due to dual charge and important legal matters .Also the industry was guided to address the issues in the application .</p>
