<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">Accordingly, following points were discussed:-</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">1. The PP has proposed 55459 sq. meters, wherein the PP has proposed construction activities, therefore the PP is required to obtain environmental clearance under clause 8 (a)/8 (b) of schedule attached with EIA notification dt. 14.09.2006 as per clarifications given by MoEF&CC and CPCB from time to time. Therefore, CTE can only be considered subject to the condition that the PP applies and obtains EC from MoEF&CC/SEIAA in this regard before start of construction of project activities at site.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">2. Master Plan of Nabha has not yet been notified. Therefore, if there is any residential area in the adjoining area of the project, the PP is bound to provide 15 meters green belt towards that area.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">3. Buffer zone of 15 m green belt has been proposed in the revised layout plan.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">4. Plantation area for disposal of treated effluent from ETP as well as solid waste arrangements have been proposed in khasra nos. 640 which is outside the industrial park. Revenue authority shall be bound to reserve the area shown by the PP for this purpose only and be directed to not to sale/purchase the area meant for this purpose.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">5. Only orange and green category industrial having no waste water generation but air polluting industries shall be allowed by the PP in the industrial park.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">6. Although the industry has submitted that it shall provide O&G trap with the STP, the industry shall submit revised dimensional drawings clearly showing components of STP within one week.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">7. The location of STP is far away from plantation area (other corner of the industrial park outside the park). Therefore, the PP is bound to provide proper irrigation piped network from STP up to plantation area and within the plantation area.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-color-alt: windowtext;">Accordingly, CTE can be granted to the project subject to above conditions.</span></p>
