<p>Sir, it is categorically mentioned in my note dated 11.03.2023 that as verified by the visiting officer, the industry has not installed machinery to produce crumb rubber. The industry has only installed machinery to produce granules using waste plastic.</p>
<p>Since, the industry has applied for machinery (crumb rubber production) which it has not installed and tha PSIEC allotment letter was for different purpose other than the production activity being carried out by the industry, it was already recommended for issuance of SCN before refusal of CTO under the said Act due to these reasons vide note dated 11.03.2023.</p>
