<p>1. The industry in its reply to earlier clarifications has mentioned that it has shifted its maximum machinery to its adjoining unit due to which its fixed assets on plant & machinery has decreased from Rs. 1.86 Cr to Rs. 58 lacs. However, on the other hand, the industry has applied for renewal of CTOs for the same capacity as earlier. Therefore, the statement of the industry is contradictory.</p>
<p>2. The industry has not submitted the revised building plans as it has shifted maximum of machinery and has done repair/maintenance of its buidlings. </p>

<p>Issue SCN before refusal of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 due to reasons as mentioned above.</p>
<p>In the meanwhile, pl. calrify the manufacturing process of the industry (not mentioned in the agenda note/note history), details of process/fugitive emissions, if any (not mentioned in the agenda note/note history), whether there is M.C. sewer/PSIEC sewer in which the domestic effluent will be discharged and if there is any complaint/PUC pending of the industry as the last CTO granted is on hard file and there is no e-noting found of the industry.</p> |
