<p>As the industry has not installed EMF at extraction and discharge points and same has not been connected to SCADA system installed by SPV@ CETP to verify discharge from each and every member industry in consonence with shares allotted by PDA/ CTOs granted by Board ; it is recommended that Temperary restoration be allowed for 6 months with the direction to industry and PDA to comply with O and M guidelines/ Sops for operation of CETP in a time bound manner pl .</p>
<p> 2. It is further recommended that EE RO and SEE ZO 2 ; being Nodal Officers of CETPs be again directed to ensure that EMF at extraction and discharge points are installed by all member units of CETPs and got connected with SCADA system after sealing by Board officials within one month and to further ensure that sewer connectivity be disconnected by MCL to avoid discharge of untreated effluent into sewer system of MCL as already directed vide Govt, order dated 10-10-2019 please.</p> |
