<p>1 The letter dated 19-07-2022 is by ATP and not by Commissioner MCL, which needs to be got verified . </p>
<p>2 Some urgent repair and Maintenance woks for HMPs/RMCs may be allowed for shorter durations but not for years together.</p>
<p>3 Principally PPCB should not allow such installations in residential areas.</p>
<p>4 Issue SCN with hearing before undersigned . Ask RO to get clarification from MCL and opinion of SLO if required before date of hearaing</p>
<p>5 ZO to ensure nd direct ROs that SCN must be issued within 15 days instead of practice of keeping cases pending or returning after scrutiny </p>
