<p>Sir, this industry is not a member unit of CETP and hence cannot be connected to its SCADA System. It may take some time as EC matter are to be decided by a Special committee and EMF at submercible and final outlet may take some time.</p>
<p>CA has approved restoration and Consent for shorter period of six months.</p>
<p> AS desired above, may we keep the above orders of CA pending till .the industry install EMF at source of water extraction and outlet of ETP. and till the decision/ amount of EC is finalized and industry be informed to provide EMF</p>
<p>OR</p>
<p>CA order be imlemented and for both the above orders RO and industry be advised seperately.</p>
<p>Please adviseand orders accordingly. </p>
