<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">In view of the report from RO, </span><span lang="EN-IN">it is recommended that:-</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">1. </span><span lang="EN-IN">Consent to operate under Water Act 1974 may be granted to the Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana for the operation of their outlet at STP Balloke 105 MLD for one year with usual conditions and with special condition that the M.C, Ludhiana shall prepare treated effluent utilization scheme with the consultation with Department of Soil and Water Conservation, Ludhiana within 03 months.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">2. Reminder be issued to t</span><span lang="EN-IN">he MC, Ludhiana with copy to PS, Local Govt. to deposit EC of Rs. 68,25,000/- as already imposed by the Board for non-achievement of effluent standards, immediately please.</span></p>
