CTOW/Renewal/MOG/2021/14961690 &CTOA/Renewal/MOG/2021/14961542 dated 19.02.2021 for manufacturing ofSaila Rice / steamed rice @ 4 TPH or raw rice @ 8 TPH alongwith operation of sortex machine, valid upto30.06.2025, respectively.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: ivory;">Thereafter, the industry was visited by undersigned on 02.12.2022 and it was observed as under: </span></p>

However, only steaming process was in operation. </span></p>

Moreover, proper furrows have also not been provided. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 31.5pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: ivory;">The industry was found violating the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. As such, the industry was issued show cause notice for violation of the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 vide letter no. 154 dated 06.01.2013.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Now, the industry has applied for consent to establish (NOC for expansion) under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for addition ofmultifuel boiler including paddy straw of capacity 16 TPH in its existing premises. Details of the case are as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry is proposed to carry out expansion in its existing unit and falling outside the limits of Municipal limits, it is therefore recommended that consent to establish (NOC for expansion) may be granted to the industry for installation of boiler of capacity 16 TPH and for production of Saila Rice / steamed rice @ 4 TPH or raw rice @ 8 TPH alongwith operation of sortex machine, subject to the suitable conditions.</span></p>
