<p style="text-align: justify;">In consideration of the recommendations sent by RO; if approved, the varied 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2027 for Rice Mill Machinery Such As- Pre Cleaner, Husker, Paddy Separator, Whitener , Polisher, Multi Grain Cleaner, Length Grader, Tip Separator, Grain Discharger, Grain Feeder Etc. @ 57 Numbers/Day as products, within its existing premises comprising of D-39, D-40 & D-44 located at Focal Point, DeraBassi, subject to suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of the AEE, RO, please.</p> |
