<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"> Thereafter, the industry has submitted written reply to the show cause notice, attached in e noting dated 24/05/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"> After that the industry has applied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 through OCMMS on 21/03/2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"> In order to verify the reply of the industry and compliance of provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, the industry was visited on 13/03/2023 and during visit the industry was found complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"> Further, the application of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 of the industry have been processed through OCMMS.</p>
