Thereafter, the project proponent attended this office in the Month of January, 2023 and the project proponent was advised to apply to apply for ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC through OCMMS.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the Project Proponent has applied for obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ / NOC under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of dyeing unit for dyeing of Cotton, Viscose, Polyester and PC Fabrics @ 15.5 TPD alongwith discharge of trade effluent @753.2 KLD for discharge onto land for plantation in an area of 11.68 acres. Details of case are as under:</span></p>

The industry has proposed to install trima cyclone followed by wet scrubber as APCD with boiler of capacity 05 TPH along with stack of adequate stack height. </span></p>

The project proponent has informed that they will start developing plantation in this area after harvesting of wheat crop. Full grown popular plantation is standing in remaining proposed plantation area.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 77.95pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry is suitable for establishment of such type of units and the industry has proposed adequate measures to control Water and Air pollution to be generated from its premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 3.0cm; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping the above in view, it is recommended that "Consent to Establish" / NOC from pollution angle may be granted to the industry for one year for establishment of dyeing unit for dyeing of Cotton, Viscose, Polyester and PC Fabrics @ 15.5 TPD alongwith discharge of trade effluent @ 630.4 KLD for discharge onto land for plantation in an area of 11.68 acres subject to suitable conditions along with special condition that:</span></p>

The project proponent shall adopt waste minimization techniques to reduce the load on plantation area.</span></p>

In absence of obtaining of permissions, the operation of the industry is entirely at its risk & cost and the Board will not be responsible any lost on account of non obtaining of such permissions. </span></p>
