<p style="text-align: justify;">The agenda note and report / recommendations of AEE/EE, RO, may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per DTP, Ludhiana vide memo no: 2625 DTP(L) /M2A dated 23.08.2013, the site of the industry falls under Mixed Land Use as per Approved Master Plan, Jagraon (2010-2031).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that short term ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for period upto 31.03.2024 subject to suitable conditions and with special condition that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall obtain registration under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) from the Central Pollution Control Board within one month and submit the copy of the same to Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall comply with the zoning regulation of Master Plan of Ludhiana and shall shift its unit accordingly</p>
