Thereafter, electric connection of the industry was disconnected by the PSPCL vide its TDCO dated 16.03.2023. Hence the net period of violation is 105 days as per CPCB calculations EC is calculated as:-</span></p>

After that suitable amount of EC will be also imposed on the industry. There will be a financial burden on the industry due to which it will hesitate to do it again. If still Competent Authority thinks the further importance of any bank guarantee then same can be imposed on it of suitable amount but it is added here that earlier only directions of closure and thereafter EC of amount Rs. 01 Lac was imposed in such cases.</span></p>

Presently, the industry has allowed operating only 03 soft flow of 300 Kg each and corresponding production will be 5400 Kg/day after the operation of 03 soft flow machines. The industry is having shares of PDA @ 100 KLD</span>, which is in correspondence to the discharge of 100 KLD effluent.</p>
