<p>The site falls within M.C limit of Jalandhar and as per the Master Plan, Jalandhar the site falls in industrial zone. Further, the site a surrounded by industries which have been granted long term consents by the Board. Further, the industry has submitted copy of property tax return submitted to M.C Jalandhar for industrial purpose. </p>
