<p>The point wise reply is as under:</p>
<p>1, 2, 3, 4) Ro reject treated water tank is connected with electric evaporator through a fixed line and all the reject water is evaporated. The industry is maintaining record of the same. Further the industry is operated it's Etp regularly as checked from the record and record was found in order.</p>
<p>6) compliance of this point has been detailed in the undersigned note dated 05.04.23.</p>

<p>In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted CTO undre Water Act, 1974 till 31.03.2025 subject to special condition as under:</p>
<p>1) The sludge left at the bottom of electric evaporator shall be disposed off to TSDF, Nimbua.</p>
