After comparison of latest CA certificate dated 20.03.2023 submitted by the industry in this office showing fixed assets of Rs. 179.70 lacs and previous CA certificate dated 31.08.2018 is Rs. 121.67 lacs, it is found that the industry is required to deposit Rs. 3600/- as NOC Fee but the industry has deposited Rs. 2900/- only as NOC Fee. Thus, the industry is required to deposit additional Rs. 700/- as NOC fee.
