Sir, this is a dyeing unit connected to 50 MLD CETP.

1.. Permanent Restoration of electric connection which was earlier disconnection due to non achievement of results. But RO has reported that of late the issue has no relevance as industry is now a member of CETP. Fair enough.

2. 2nd issue was release of Rs. 50000 BG which was taken for the same reasons as stated at 1, above. RO has recommended to return citing same reasons as above. Reasons are justifyiable. However, in a VC meeting of officers conducted to discuss the procedure of BG, worthy Chairman was of the view that BG is to be returned in case commitement made in the BG is fullfilled but only in case of compliant industries. In this case, neither authorization under HWM is applied nor air samples have been collected since 2015. Therefore, we may wait till both the compliances, and then take a final decision for return of BG.

3. Third is consent to operate. Like other units at Tajpur Road, industry has yet to confirm about the installation of EMF at source of water extraction and its connectivity with SCADA system. Further sampling of stack samples is yet to be done for last eigth years. No scheme for environmentally sound usage/ disposal of boiler ash is submitted.

Accordingly matter is placed for consideration and uniform decission in such cases, please
