<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has installed the ETP as per SOP framed such type of unit. However, PP has not valid Passbook under Rule, 09 of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">May If approved ‘CTO under Water Act, 1974 be renewed for up to 30.09.2026 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that the industry shall not operate its manufacturing process till obtained a valid Passbook under Rule, 09 of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;">RO may also be requested to keep strict vigil in the operation of the unit without obtaining a valid Passbook under Rule, 09 of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.. if found in operation and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
